1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Catalyst Radar (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Catalyst Radar provides access to a news-driven market monitoring and research tool designed to identify intraday volatility catalysts based on publicly available information.

The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

Catalyst Radar does not provide:

  • investment advice

  • trading recommendations

  • buy or sell signals

  • personalized financial guidance

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Access is provided through a recurring subscription

  • Billing is handled by a third-party payment provider

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • Upgrades, downgrades, and plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated automatically

Except where required by law, no refunds are provided.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard.

  • Cancellation takes effect immediately

  • You retain access until the end of the current billing period

  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

Cancellation requests are not processed by email.

6. Access & Availability

Access to the Service may include:

  • the web platform

  • Discord community access

  • Telegram access (where applicable)

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Features, platforms, or availability may change at any time.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • all activity occurring under your account

Account sharing or resale is prohibited.

8. Termination

Catalyst Radar reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • these Terms are violated

  • abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized use is detected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Catalyst Radar is not liable for any trading or investment losses

  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
