Catalyst Radar does not collect or store full payment card details.

2. Payment & Subscription Providers (Memberful & Stripe)

Catalyst Radar uses third-party services to manage subscriptions and payments, including Memberful and Stripe.

When you subscribe:

  • payment information is processed directly by Stripe

  • subscription management is handled through Memberful

  • Catalyst Radar receives only limited billing-related metadata
    (such as subscription status, plan type, and renewal dates)

Catalyst Radar does not have access to your full payment information.

All payment data is subject to the privacy policies of:

  • Stripe

  • Memberful

3. Third-Party Platforms (Discord & Telegram)

Catalyst Radar may integrate with third-party platforms, including Discord and Telegram, to provide community access and content delivery.

When you connect a third-party platform:

  • we may receive basic identifiers (such as a user ID or username)

  • this information is used solely to manage access and permissions

  • interactions on those platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies

Catalyst Radar does not access or monitor private messages on third-party platforms.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • operate and maintain the Service

  • manage subscriptions and access rights

  • provide Discord and Telegram access where applicable

  • process payments and billing status via Memberful

  • communicate service-related updates

  • improve reliability, performance, and user experience

We do not sell personal data.

  • payment processors (Stripe)

  • subscription management providers (Memberful)

  • analytics providers

  • infrastructure and hosting partners
